Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

About the role

Freshworks is looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy to join its global strategy team. In this consulting‑style position you will help shape the company’s direction by turning high‑level strategic goals into concrete, data‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support high‑priority strategic projects, delivering analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with strategy leadership and cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales, Finance, Operations) to define problems, gather data, and develop fact‑based solutions.
• Conduct market, competitive, and financial analyses, building business cases, scenario models, and investment evaluations.
• Prepare board‑level, investor‑facing, and internal strategy materials that articulate Freshworks’ narrative and priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed workstreams, set milestones, and track progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across geographies to ensure alignment and maintain project momentum.
• Contribute to operational deep‑dives, opportunity sizing, and strategic planning cycles.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), corporate strategy, or business operations.
• MBA preferred, though strong undergraduate consulting experience is also acceptable.
• Demonstrated analytical rigor, problem‑solving ability, and clear communication skills.
