Senior Manager, Brand Activation

About the role

The Senior Manager, Brand Activation will shape and execute Invesco’s brand strategy across North America and Europe. You will lead audience‑first advertising campaigns, working with internal teams, external agencies and AI‑powered tools to ensure a consistent, compelling brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand‑focused paid‑media campaigns in NA and EMEA, from strategy through execution.
• Collaborate with the Digital Channel Activation Team, segment‑marketing partners and stakeholders to create insight‑driven briefs.
• Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to produce breakthrough advertising while enforcing brand standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day campaign execution, including legal and compliance approvals.
• Define KPIs with the analytics team, monitor performance and optimise creative based on results.
• Leverage social listening, client feedback and competitive audits to improve engagement metrics.
• Oversee the creative campaign budget and track spend.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in B2B and B2C marketing, preferably within financial services.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑channel paid‑media campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills across internal and external partners.
