Senior Manager – AWM Operations Functional & Industry Tech Project Delivery

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead functional and industry technology project delivery within its Asset & Wealth Management Operations practice. You will help clients improve operational efficiency by consulting on business applications, implementing software solutions, and ensuring seamless integration and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of business‑application consulting services to optimise client operations.
• Analyse client needs and design software solutions that support strategic objectives.
• Provide training and ongoing support for successful integration and utilisation of applications.
• Guide teams through complex problem‑solving, strategic planning and ambiguous situations.
• Apply systems thinking to uncover underlying issues and opportunities.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and sustain diverse, high‑performing, inclusive teams.
• Craft clear, impactful communications that convey holistic project narratives.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams in a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in business data analytics and strategic planning.
