About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead AML and sanctions‑focused AI engineering within its Risk & Regulatory practice. You will use data and analytics to deliver strategic insights for banking and capital‑markets clients, shaping innovative solutions that improve performance and competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of data‑driven solutions that optimise business performance.
• Guide teams in applying advanced analytics techniques to generate strategic client insights.
• Develop data architecture and manage data pipelines to improve data quality and accessibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve data challenges in the banking and capital‑markets sector.
• Oversee scalable data visualisation and analytics solutions that support informed decision‑making.
• Promote continuous process improvement and change adoption.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback, and refine strategies.
• Coach and develop diverse, high‑performing teams, handling complex and uncertain situations with sound judgment.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
