Senior Manager – AI Engineer, Tax Innovation

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Tax Innovation, you will lead the integration and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions within PwC's Tax practice. You will guide multi‑disciplinary teams, ensure data quality, and drive innovative analytics that enhance client services and internal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI integration projects to improve tax practice performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Validate data quality and ensure accurate, timely data movement across systems.
• Develop data models that support decision‑making and analytics.
• Implement machine learning and natural language processing techniques.
• Use Python to build and refine analytics solutions.
• Conduct rapid experimentation to test new ideas.
• Coach and provide feedback to develop team capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to unify data from multiple sources.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading AI implementation projects.
• Proven ability to manage data infrastructure and foster inclusive, high‑performing teams.
