Senior Manager, Account Based Marketing

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a passionate Senior Marketing Manager to design, evangelize, and deliver world‑class field and account‑based marketing (ABM) campaigns that drive growth from strategic accounts in the consumer products industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize data‑driven multi‑channel field marketing and ABM campaigns to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with account partners, strategy leads, content, field and digital marketers to build integrated campaigns.
• Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs and provide post‑campaign analysis.
• Oversee timely execution of ABM plans and influence pipeline opportunities to reduce the sales cycle.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in marketing or customer‑facing roles for enterprise software or cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to build integrated marketing programs, manage budgets and report results.
• Strong project management, communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
