Senior Manager, Account Based Marketing (ABM)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a senior marketing leader to design and execute data‑driven field and account‑based marketing (ABM) programs that accelerate growth within strategic consumer‑products accounts. The role partners with sales, strategy and other marketing teams to deliver personalized, multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimize multi‑channel field and ABM campaigns from concept through post‑campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with account partners, strategy leads, content, field and digital marketers to ensure alignment and integration.
• Apply experimentation to test, learn and refine campaign tactics.
• Measure effectiveness using KPIs and report results to stakeholders.
• Drive pipeline acceleration by influencing active opportunities and reducing sales cycles.

Required profile

• 6+ years in marketing or customer‑facing roles for enterprise software or cloud solutions.
• Proven track record building integrated marketing programs, managing budgets and reporting.
• Strong project management, cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
