Senior Leasing Professional – High-rise

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Leasing Professional to lead leasing activities for the high‑rise community at 700 River. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering exceptional service throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Lead lease file audits and conduct pre‑move‑in apartment inspections.
• Maintain resident satisfaction, address concerns, and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the property and achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing, preferably high‑rise properties.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting resident relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for lease documentation.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue objectives.
