Senior IT Assurance Analyst

About the role

The Senior IT Assurance Analyst leads the collection and organization of assessment data to support risk reporting and monitoring. The role advises on IT control design, validates control status, and helps create corrective actions for identified deficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with control owners to design and implement controls that mitigate IT risks and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure stakeholders incorporate new or updated controls into testing processes.
• Administer and enhance ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including workflow optimization and data quality.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, adapting to sprint‑based delivery and changing priorities.
• Work with IT stakeholders to understand business processes and build systems of controls across IT functions.
• Assess risk and compliance levels, maintain departmental control processes, and provide technical guidance to business control personnel.
• Communicate findings, assist in remediation, and develop key risk and performance metrics for management reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of experience in IT assurance, risk management, or related GRC functions.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) administration.
• Jira for workflow management.
• Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
• Data analysis and project management capabilities.
• Agile/Scrum experience, including sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement.
