Senior IT Analyst – End User Support & Infrastructure

About the role

Komodo Health is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join its IT team, which delivers end‑user support, endpoint management, and internal infrastructure services. The role focuses on ensuring reliable, scalable, and observable technology experiences for employees across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, including Zoom rooms, Meraki networking, and peripheral devices, with an onsite presence 4–5 days per week.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, contractors, and vendors, guaranteeing secure and seamless access management.
• Develop, maintain, and improve IT documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Proactively monitor and resolve issues across core platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, Jamf, and Intune.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for Mac and PC environments, conducting root‑cause analysis and delivering long‑term fixes.
• Design and deliver training programs to enable staff to use technical resources effectively.
• Identify patterns, drive corrective and preventive actions, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in enterprise IT support, preferably in a fast‑growing technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose systemic issues and propose scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑starter attitude with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
