Senior GTM Engineer – Systems Engineering

About the role

Sanity is building an AI‑powered Content Operating System and needs a Senior GTM Engineer to create internal tools, workflows, and AI‑driven applications that accelerate go‑to‑market operations. You will partner with Sales, RevOps, Customer Solutions, Marketing and leadership to turn operational friction into reliable, high‑impact systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship full‑stack internal GTM products, including SDK apps, APIs, backend services, data pipelines and AI‑powered automation.
• Build tools that support pipeline generation, deal execution, forecasting, enablement and GTM visibility.
• Create reusable patterns for AI‑driven operational systems and ensure trust through access control, auditability and observability.
• Measure impact via adoption rates, time saved, data quality and stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineering experience with TypeScript, React and Node.js.
• Proven ability to build internal tools, workflow automation and data products.
• Deep understanding of GTM workflows such as sales pipelines, forecasting and customer lifecycle.
• System‑thinking mindset with focus on reliability, governance and observability.
