Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will join Stream Realty Partners' Austin marketing team to elevate the visual output of the office. Working closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager and brokerage professionals, you will shape branding, proposals, property marketing campaigns, and digital content across social and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Strategic Marketing Manager, marketing, and brokerage teams to create high‑impact pursuits, proposals, and property branding materials.
• Design and produce marketing collateral, digital assets, social media posts, and email campaigns that reflect the firm’s visual standards.
• Develop original design styles, visual systems, and toolkits that can be adopted and extended by other team members.
• Explore, test, and integrate AI‑driven design tools to improve workflow speed and quality.
• Manage multiple competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of creative quality.

Required profile

• Strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into scalable design systems.
• Forward‑thinking attitude toward emerging technologies, especially AI in design.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting ideas in meetings.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work with marketers, brokers, and senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
