Senior General Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, is seeking a Senior General Manager to lead its Palestine, TX store. You will shape the guest experience, coach your team, and drive sales while maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all retail store functions and implement company vision.
• Drive high‑performance results in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Coach, support, and mentor sales associates and the Assistant General Manager.
• Provide ongoing sales training, support, and ensure achievement of sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and traffic‑driving initiatives.
• Maintain inventory compliance, loss prevention, staffing, scheduling, and labor controls.
• Handle guest escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in special projects, pilots, and required manager trainings.
