Senior Full Stack Engineer – Node.js & React

About the role

We help insurance agencies build licensed, well‑trained teams through a platform used by thousands of agencies. As a remote‑first senior engineering team, we work closely with product and customer success to ship features directly to production. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can own large parts of the product, from data model to UI, and keep the platform reliable for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end features using a Node.js (TypeScript) backend and React front‑end.
• Own integrations with third‑party payment, CRM, licensing, and learning‑management systems, handling API upgrades and webhook contracts.
• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, containerised services, and related monitoring/alerting.
• Operate the services you ship: monitor, triage incidents, write runbooks, and perform safe data fixes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands‑on Node.js (TypeScript) and React.
• Proven experience designing and versioning REST APIs and managing live data migrations.
• Strong relational‑database skills, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS preferred) and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines, Docker deployments, and event‑driven architectures (queues, webhooks, retries).
• Comfortable supporting production systems, reading logs/traces, and writing clear post‑incident notes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
