Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Enterprise Scale (EST)

About the role

We're looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to join the Enterprise Scale team, responsible for the stability of Scribe’s core platform across a wide range of technologies. The role combines backend work in Django with frontend development in Next.js, and requires close collaboration with engineers and user advocates to shape the overall platform experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the stability and reliability of Scribe’s core platform functionality.
• Build and ship full‑stack features across the Django backend and Next.js frontend.
• Collaborate with engineers and user advocates to improve the overall platform experience.
• Write automated tests and champion testing practices across the team.
• Work across the stack, from PostgreSQL and Redis to background processing with Celery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Comfortable working with Django and relational databases.
• Comfortable working with React (Next.js / TypeScript).
• Strong advocate for automated testing.
• Experience implementing engineering best practices.
