Senior Full Stack Engineer (Angular, Node.js & AI)

About the role

Sparq is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver scalable web applications that integrate cutting‑edge AI capabilities. You will work remotely with a diverse, collaborative team that values craftsmanship and rapid delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop end‑to‑end applications using Angular 19+, Node.js, and the NestJS framework.
• Lead solution‑design discussions, translating evolving business needs into maintainable architecture.
• Integrate AI‑enabled features through model APIs such as Amazon Bedrock and Claude, and refine natural‑language prompts for optimal performance.
• Utilize Cursor and other AI tools daily to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
• Build, deploy, and support cloud‑based services within AWS environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• Consultative mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities to align technical solutions with client goals.
• Hands‑on experience experimenting with AI tools or a demonstrated eagerness to adopt AI in daily work.
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous requirements and drive initiatives forward.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
