Senior Full Stack Engineer, Agent Experience Platform

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, test and maintain modern, scalable software solutions that power our Agent Experience Platform. In this Engineer III position you will own end‑to‑end delivery of cloud‑native web applications for external agents and customers, working closely with architects, product managers and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Design, develop and implement secure, responsive web applications using Java and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Java‑based integrations with enterprise backend systems.
• Partner with security teams to apply secure coding practices, authentication, authorization and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Ensure software quality through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of professional software development experience with strong proficiency in Java.
• Proven experience building highly available, secure, customer‑facing web applications.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and supporting cloud‑native applications on AWS.
