Senior Finance Analyst – Product & GTM

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with Product, Engineering and Go‑to‑Market teams at ClickHouse. Reporting to the Director of Product Finance, you will influence growth, pricing and resource allocation across the full ClickHouse P&L. The role offers high visibility with the executive team and a chance to shape strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to Product, Engineering and GTM functions, modeling financial impact of strategic initiatives.
• Analyze and track KPIs for product and GTM, driving improvements and informing investment decisions.
• Support annual planning, monthly forecasting and variance reviews, partnering with leadership to ensure accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure correct revenue recognition, commissions and expense allocation.
• Synthesize financial results and KPIs for executive and board reporting.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in data‑heavy analytical roles such as FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking or consulting, preferably with SaaS or consumption‑based models.
• Strong motivation to tackle challenging problems and a bias toward action.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
