Senior Facilities Operations Supervisor – U.S. East

Shield AI is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Facilities to lead safe, reliable, and consistent Facilities Operations across the U.S. East region. This hands‑on people‑leadership role involves coaching employees, resolving urgent facility issues, coordinating vendors, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop Facilities Coordinators, setting priorities, clarifying ownership, and ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Lead day‑to‑day Facilities Operations across offices, labs, hangars, warehouses and other spaces, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, work orders and vendor response.
• Plan and deliver non‑capital facilities projects such as space reconfigurations, furniture deployments, minor repairs and workplace refreshes.
• Manage regional vendors and contractors, monitor performance, review invoices, track purchase orders and support budgeting and financial execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities, business, operations, engineering, construction or a related field.
• Proven experience supervising facilities staff and managing regional facilities operations, including vendor management and project delivery.
