Senior Engagement Manager – Energy Sector

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to lead client services for its Energy vertical in Austin, Texas. The role will drive strategic engagements, grow revenue, and ensure delivery excellence for major energy organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with executive stakeholders across energy clients, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
• Lead business development activities including consulting‑led sales, account mining, cross‑selling, upselling and strategic pursuits.
• Partner with delivery leaders to govern engagements, ensure customer satisfaction and achieve agreed business outcomes.
• Develop and execute account growth plans, covering stakeholder mapping, pipeline development, pricing strategy and long‑term expansion.
• Act as a trusted industry advisor on technology and business transformation initiatives within the energy sector.
• Own revenue, bookings, pipeline generation and profitability targets for assigned energy accounts.
• Manage large transformation pursuits and deal cycles with total contract values ranging from multi‑million‑dollar opportunities to strategic enterprise programmes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience managing revenue‑driven client portfolios in the energy industry.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C‑suite executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong track record of delivering business outcomes through coordinated delivery and governance.
• Experience in developing account strategies and driving growth in a consulting or services environment.
