Senior E‑commerce Accountant (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a senior accountant to manage day‑to‑day finance operations for a fast‑growing connected‑fitness brand. The role is fully remote for candidates in LATAM and reports directly to the VP of Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full accounts payable cycle in NetSuite, including vendor statement reconciliation and payment runs.
• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing and collections across direct‑to‑consumer, retail and commercial channels.
• Lead the monthly close process, prepare accruals, journal entries and reconcile balance‑sheet accounts.
• Record inventory receipts, calculate landed costs, and reconcile inventory sub‑ledgers.
• Support treasury functions such as borrowing‑base certificates, covenant reporting and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Maintain operational finance tasks including expense reporting, corporate card coding and vendor onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using NetSuite, Shopify, Mercury and other finance systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Full‑cycle accounting experience in a product‑based business, including inventory accounting.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite or a comparable mid‑market ERP.
• Professional written and spoken English and ability to work with U.S. vendors and customers.
