Senior Director, Crossix Analytics Services

About the role

Veeva Systems is a mission‑driven leader in industry cloud for life sciences. As Senior Director of Crossix Analytics Services you will lead the services team supporting emerging biotech clients, partnering with sales and strategy to deliver data‑driven marketing insights that improve outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customer success by linking brand strategy to Crossix Measurement insights.
• Build and develop a high‑performing services team, hiring, mentoring and evolving engagement models.
• Nurture executive relationships with senior customer leaders to continuously elevate partnership value.
• Maintain industry thought leadership on emerging biotech marketing trends.

Required profile

• 10+ years in customer‑facing marketing or analytics roles, with at least 5 years in life sciences.
• Proven leadership managing multiple high‑touch customer teams and senior‑level client relationships.
• Executive presence with strong communication skills to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
• Track record of hiring, mentoring and developing top‑tier analytics talent.
• Deep knowledge of the media landscape and passion for data‑driven marketing decisions.
