Senior Director, Americas Security Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced senior‑level security leader to manage security and resiliency operations throughout the Americas region. The Senior Director, Americas Security Operations will define and execute enterprise security programs, overseeing physical security, crisis management and AI‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional physical security, resiliency and crisis‑management programs, aligning with global strategy.
• Oversee guard force management, investigations, executive protection, workplace violence prevention and event security.
• Direct implementation of security technologies and standardized operating procedures to protect personnel, facilities and assets.
• Serve as regional incident commander for major events, coordinating emergency response and business continuity.
• Manage security vendors, contracts, KPIs, dashboards and analytics to drive performance.
• Design, build and deploy AI‑enabled workflows, automations and analytical tools to enhance threat intelligence and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven success leading large‑scale corporate security and resiliency programs in global organizations.
• Strong ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as IT, HR, Legal, Facilities and Finance.
• Experience with AI tools and generative large language models, applying prompt engineering and workflow automation in daily work.
