Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Market Logic Software is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join its Site Reliability Engineering team. You will own end‑to‑end platform work, from infrastructure provisioning to CI/CD, observability and security, while integrating AI‑driven development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of the Terraform mls‑infrastructure repository, including modules and CI components.
• Design, deploy and manage GKE cluster infrastructure using Flux and ArgoCD.
• Implement Workload Identity Federation for secure, credential‑free CI/GCP access.
• Build reusable Terraform modules for GCP services such as Cloud Run, GCS, Pub/Sub and MongoDB Atlas.
• Contribute to architectural transitions, AI capability enablement and proactive security engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers and act as the technical reference for development teams on infrastructure topics.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience in cloud infrastructure and SRE practices.
• Proactive mindset that goes beyond ticket execution.
• Strong communication skills to mentor teams and influence architecture decisions.
