Senior Copywriter

About the role

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Senior Copywriter to translate business objectives, audience insights and channel strategy into high‑performing, brand‑focused copy. You will work across lifecycle marketing, digital experiences, paid media, sales materials and other key touchpoints, leveraging generative AI to accelerate ideation while maintaining editorial rigor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop persuasive, audience‑first copy for email, landing pages, web, paid social, display, direct mail, video scripts and sales collateral.
• Transform briefs, offers and audience insights into clear message hierarchies and channel‑appropriate executions.
• Create modular, personalization‑ready copy that supports testing, segmentation and efficient production.
• Utilize approved generative AI tools for ideation, research synthesis, variation development and editing, always applying human review.
• Build and refine reusable AI prompts, workflows and quality checks to improve speed and consistency.
• Evaluate AI‑assisted content for accuracy, originality, bias, privacy, legal risk and brand safety.
• Protect and evolve the brand voice, applying editorial, lexicon, accessibility and claims guidelines.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, CRM, marketing technology, analytics, legal and business stakeholders to continuously improve creative output.
