Senior Consultant – Enterprise Application Integration

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) team. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end ERP package customization, integration and support for clients in the United States. You will work on projects that leverage leading integration platforms and help clients modernize their business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and validate business requirements with stakeholders across multiple units.
• Assist in designing solution architecture and customizing ERP modules to meet detailed specifications.
• Develop, integrate and maintain new features, conduct code reviews and ensure code stability.
• Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes and guarantee consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Monitor ERP performance, identify enhancement opportunities and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Produce comprehensive documentation for customizations and deliver user training.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques.
• Ability to manage full‑cycle ERP package customization and implementation.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Passion for design and hands‑on coding.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
