Senior Consultant – Change Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant specialized in Change Management to join our New York office. The role will support digital, data, AI and operating‑model transformation programmes for life‑science clients, helping them achieve lasting user adoption and business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver change‑management activities for digital, data, AI and operating‑model transformations.
• Partner with client stakeholders and project teams to assess change impacts and readiness.
• Develop communications, training and engagement materials for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and feedback sessions.
• Execute change, communications and enablement plans to drive user adoption.
• Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership and internal capability building.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in change‑management or transformation projects.
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
