Senior Consultant - Broadcast Transformation

About the role

Qvest US is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive broadcast transformation initiatives for leading media & entertainment clients. You will work closely with broadcasters and technology partners to modernize production workflows, integrate new standards, and deliver cloud‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current architecture, process workflows, and solution inventory to identify pain points.
• Support definition of future‑state architecture and conduct GAP analysis.
• Assist project planning and implementation, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Quickly immerse in client environments, providing technical guidance to internal and external partners.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities within the broadcast transformation practice.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in television production and broadcast operations.
• 2‑5 years leading end‑to‑end delivery of cloud‑based workflows, broadcast IP transformation, and broadcast engineering projects.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration mindset and ability to influence business strategy.
• Demonstrated leadership, accountability for project success, and willingness to have difficult conversations.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
