Senior Community Manager

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of multiple residential properties located at Embankment House. You will lead on‑site teams, manage financial performance, and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyzing financial statements and market data to forecast performance.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting and ownership.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty‑cash funds.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including application approvals, lease renewals, inspections, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple multifamily properties.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other housing regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and control operating expenses.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing on‑site teams and external partners.
