Senior Community Manager – Broadstone Ayrsley & Ayrsley Lofts

About the role

The Senior Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of two Greystar properties – Broadstone Ayrsley (garden‑style) and Ayrsley Lofts (mid‑rise) – located in Charlotte, NC. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage on‑site teams, ensure financial performance, and maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of both properties, supervising staff and coordinating resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Set rent rates, oversee rent collection, process bank deposits, and ensure timely posting of fees.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges, and manage communication between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures, maintain petty‑cash fund, and stay within approved budget limits.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve resident applications, discounts, renewals, and conduct periodic apartment inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple multifamily properties, preferably in a stabilized garden‑style and mid‑rise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multifamily housing regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve targeted revenues and control operating expenses.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on team leadership.
