Senior Client Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of over 400 residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlord clients. The role involves delivering high‑quality customer service, resolving complex issues, and supporting a remote team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for landlord clients, building strong relationships.
• Address and resolve landlord, tenant, and property‑related issues.
• Mentor and support junior team members and portfolio staff.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Accounting, and Operations teams.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs such as leasing, renewals, vacancy, fee collection, and rent collection.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, relationship‑building, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Leadership, problem‑solving, and highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and learn new systems quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
