Senior Client Partner – Manufacturing

About the role

Infosys seeks a senior leader to own client relationships and drive revenue growth for its Manufacturing vertical in Somerset, NJ. The role will partner with delivery leaders to execute a strategic account plan and ensure successful delivery of AI‑first manufacturing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand client relationships, overseeing a portfolio of up to $50M and driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Provide delivery assurance by coordinating with delivery teams, conducting governance meetings, and handling risk and escalation management.
• Develop and execute the account plan, shaping commercial strategy, pricing, and opportunity prioritisation.
• Maintain P&L responsibility for accounts exceeding $50M, ensuring revenue targets and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 14+ years of progressive sales, relationship management, or account management experience.
• Proven track record managing large, complex accounts with $50M+ revenue.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross‑functional delivery teams and governing account performance.
