Senior Center of Excellence NPI Supply Chain Program Manager

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Senior Center of Excellence NPI Supply Chain Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply‑chain projects for new product introductions. The role will drive project planning, execution, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver on‑time, on‑budget solutions for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans from conception through implementation, using project‑management tools and scheduling software.
• Coordinate allocated resources across the division to meet performance objectives and manage purchase requisitions and orders.
• Drive cost‑schedule performance of equipment for global customers and vendors.
• Participate in multifunctional design teams, providing technical input to achieve project goals.
• Interface with internal stakeholders to define objectives, provide status updates, and prepare releases.
• Identify and resolve project complications, delivering innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated depth of expertise in a specialized discipline within supply‑chain or engineering.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve processes.
• Experience leading functional teams or projects with moderate complexity and risk.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address complex issues.
• Impactful communication skills to convey difficult concepts and influence stakeholders.

What we offer

• Salary range $133,500 – $183,500 per year.
