Senior Business Development & Operations Lead – Robotics & Physical AI

About the role

World Labs is seeking a senior leader to drive business development and operations for its robotics and Physical AI portfolio. The role will bridge cutting‑edge research with enterprise customers, shaping how the company brings its technology to market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep technical and market knowledge of World Labs’ robotics and Physical AI solutions.
• Identify target customers, use‑cases and market trends to create a compelling value proposition.
• Engage with customers to understand workflows, constraints and unmet needs, feeding insights back to research and engineering.
• Lead end‑to‑end commercial engagements, from prospecting and pilots to negotiation, contracting and deal closure.
• Establish and maintain pipelines, lightweight processes and operational foundations for an early commercial function.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales or operations within technology‑focused industries.
• Proven track record of closing complex, technical deals with enterprise customers.
• Ability to work closely with research and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into market opportunities.
