Senior Business Development Manager – Inventory Partnerships

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth and optimization of its LinkedIn Audience Network (LAN) inventory partnerships. The role will be based in a hybrid setting across Sunnyvale, San Francisco or New York and will work closely with cross‑functional teams to expand supply and ensure a high‑quality advertising ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Establish new and expand existing relationships with leading Supply‑Side Platforms (SSPs), exchanges, and digital publishers.
• Leverage partner insights to shape strategy, influence product roadmaps, and create mutually beneficial agreements.
• Own the LAN supply‑side partnership program, acting as the primary point of contact for partners.
• Monitor and improve supply quality and performance using data insights, service‑level agreements and escalation processes.
• Collaborate deeply with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Finance and other teams to support integration and roadmap execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in programmatic and ad‑tech partnership development.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and work with senior cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
• Senior‑level experience in business development or related fields.
