Senior Business Development Manager - Aerospace

About the role

This remote Senior Business Development Manager position focuses on expanding sales of EDM graphite and consumable products within the US aerospace and industrial gas turbine (IGT) markets. The role is consultative, requiring technical knowledge of EDM and graphite, and a strong sales mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new customers across aerospace and IGT sectors.
• Develop existing accounts to increase sales and program inclusion.
• Collaborate with the US General Manager on sales strategy and execution.
• Manage a defined territory by meeting customers, attending trade shows and industry events.
• Provide accurate market growth forecasts and maintain CRM data.
• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and submit regular reports.
• Maintain visit logs and ensure a process‑driven, professional approach.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, tenacious, confident and results‑oriented.
• Valid US driver’s licence with ability to travel as needed.
• Proactive, able to work independently and negotiate commercial terms.
• Technical background, preferably a degree, with knowledge of EDM or graphite.
• Strong relationship‑management skills.
