Senior Business Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to lead AI‑driven transformation initiatives for our clients and internal units. You will act as a hands‑on partner to solution and enterprise architects, shaping problems, defining pragmatic roadmaps, and accelerating delivery from discovery through pilot to scale.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders, co‑creating feasible, secure AI strategies and value‑focused roadmaps.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI initiatives, from ideation to proof‑of‑concept, pilot, and production readiness, removing blockers and ensuring governance.
• Identify, prioritize, and shape high‑impact AI use cases across functions, co‑designing solution architectures such as copilots, agentic workflows, and RAG systems.
• Lead commercial aspects of engagements, building business cases, ROI narratives, and pricing structures that demonstrate clear path‑to‑value.
• Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder sessions, translating complex AI concepts into clear narratives that drive decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI strategy, consulting, or transformation programs at a senior level.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to build compelling business cases and drive account growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive engagement and governance.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams, including offshore delivery groups.
