Senior Business Consultant - Global Content

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in Veeva's Global Content Practice, you will help Life Sciences customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Lead for small‑scale projects, managing end‑to‑end design and delivery of high‑quality solutions.
• Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants, developing people‑leadership skills.
• Drive practice growth by leading proposal development and identifying new opportunities.
• Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva’s data, software, and AI insights.
• Support multiple projects across the Global Content Practice while developing deep expertise in specific functional areas.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Life Sciences consulting (business or management consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise in content operating models, Med/Legal/Reg review, and content strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Veeva products.
• Experience delivering SaaS or tech‑enabled consulting solutions.
