- Serve as the licensed principal (Series 7/24) with sign‑off authority on trades, account actions, and exceptions.
- Design and run the best‑execution program, holding execution venues accountable to quality standards.
- Own CAT/CAIS and Rule 605/606 regulatory trade reporting.
- Drive AI‑first automation to reduce manual reconciliation, exception detection, and compliance documentation.

- Develop and maintain audit‑trail and document‑versioning infrastructure for supervisory reviews.
- Strategically design account and cashiering operations, including money‑movement approvals and AML alert escalation.
- Manage the Fidelity relationship and transition vendor responsibilities from the previous owner.
Required profile
- 6‑8+ years of broker‑dealer operations experience, having built a brokerage/trading function from scratch.
- Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.
- Deep knowledge of the trade lifecycle, best execution, and regulatory trade reporting (CAT/CAIS, Rule 605/606).
- Experience preparing for or supporting FINRA/SEC examinations.
- Comfort operating as a senior peer to Legal/Compliance and company leadership.
- AI‑first builder mindset with a proven record of automating manual operations.
- Background in a high‑growth fintech or startup environment.
What we offer
- Competitive salary and equity package.
- Unlimited PTO plus paid company holidays.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
- Company 401(k), commuter, and HSA/FSA options.
- NYC office in Manhattan with lunch and snacks provided.
- Access to virtual mental‑health care, health concierge, and a broad employee assistance program.
