Senior Brand Designer, Growth

About the role

Ramp is seeking a Senior Growth Designer to join its high‑performing Growth Creative team. This hybrid thinker will blend creative experimentation with data‑driven strategy to produce high‑quality assets across paid and owned channels, advancing the brand and converting viewers into loyal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and execute rapid creative work from idea to final assets for digital ads, landing pages, and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Design with purpose, balancing brand fidelity and performance goals to entertain, educate, and drive leads.
• Partner directly with an assigned Growth Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to unlock new opportunities.
• Collaborate with writers, animators, editors, web designers, and creative directors on full‑funnel campaigns.
• Work closely with the Brand Systems team to ensure visual language consistency while exploring new executions.
• Share performance insights with broader design and brand teams to inform long‑term strategy.
• Test hypotheses, iterate, and optimize based on metrics, focusing on originality, clarity, product accuracy, and performance.
• Identify and experiment with emerging formats and placements.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio of performance creative or digital advertising.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑velocity, exceptional design work.
• Experience collaborating with creative, marketing, and brand teams in high‑growth environments.
• Passion for systems thinking and improving creative processes.

Required skills

• Fluency in Figma.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including motion and prototyping tools).
• Experience with design systems and visual language adherence.
