Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Pediatric ABA

About the role

Reliant ABA Therapy is seeking a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead pediatric ABA services in Katy, TX. You will work directly with children from birth to age 12, designing and overseeing evidence‑based treatment plans that promote communication, independence, and social skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide direct clinic‑based ABA services to children with diverse developmental needs.
• Analyze clinical data, adjust interventions, and ensure optimal client progress.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including speech, occupational, and physical therapists.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, ethics, and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with ABA research.

Required profile

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working with pediatric populations (birth‑12) in ABA settings.
• Strong analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Commitment to collaborative, interdisciplinary care.
