Senior Blades Aircraft Technician

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Senior Blades Aircraft Technician to join its Blades Repair team in Grand Prairie, Texas. You will work on rotor blades throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, move, clean, and inspect rotor blades.
• Perform tear‑down activities including disassembly, sanding, and scraping.
• Execute repairs such as bodywork, composite lay‑up, and painting.
• Balance blades and return them to service following Airbus Helicopters procedures.
• Document work and close out components in accordance with company standards.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in aircraft or rotor‑blade maintenance.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with team leads.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, safety‑focused results.
