Senior Associate, Strategic Finance

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Associate for its Monetization Strategic Finance team. The role will support the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions organization, focusing on financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the Onsite Ads business. It is a hybrid position based in New York City or San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance complex financial models to drive planning and performance analysis.
• Analyze marketplace trends, ecosystem, and product performance to generate actionable insights.
• Partner with Ads Measurement, R&D, and GTM teams to evaluate new product opportunities and define success metrics.
• Develop narratives and presentations that influence stakeholders with limited guidance.
• Identify growth opportunities within a defined scope and support cross‑functional strategy development.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to understand priorities, constraints, and to operationalize ideas.
