Senior Associate - Managed Services - SCM Oracle Cloud

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate for its Managed Services team focused on Oracle Cloud SCM. In this position you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs, implement Oracle solutions, and provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own functional areas of Oracle Cloud SCM (procurement, purchasing, payables, inventory, order management, product management, etc.)
• Deliver services in line with SLAs and KPIs, managing incidents, problems and changes
• Analyze client requirements and design effective Oracle software implementations
• Conduct quarterly Oracle update assessments, impact analysis, testing coordination and production readiness
• Provide training, develop training materials and support clients during integration
• Use analytical thinking to improve operational efficiency and optimize business processes
• Coordinate with business, IT and offshore support teams, managing stakeholder expectations

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Computer Science, Finance, HR Management, IT, MIS or related fields
