About the role

As a Senior Associate Experience Designer, you will shape user experiences for software products within PwC's Advisory practice. You will blend technical expertise with creative thinking to deliver innovative, client‑focused solutions while navigating complex, ambiguous environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance user experiences for software products and services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to craft innovative design strategies.
• Conduct user research, create personas and journey maps to guide development.
• Develop interactive prototypes and user interfaces for testing concepts.
• Apply human‑centered design principles to improve usability and accessibility.
• Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design solutions.
• Build strong client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant design experience.
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and deliver quality results.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
