Key responsibilities

- Run the compensation plan modeling and execution cycle, including scenario modeling, documentation, exception handling and payout accuracy.
- Build and maintain forecast roll‑ups across regions and segments, partnering with FP&A on variance analysis and corporate forecasting.
- Support territory and quota deployment by producing analytical work that underpins the annual plan and mid‑year adjustments.
- Maintain the Strategy & Planning analytical layer: dashboards, recurring reports and data‑quality work.
- Partner with FP&A on month‑end close, commissions accruals and revenue reporting.
Required profile
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales finance, FP&A, strategic finance or a similar analytical role, preferably in a SaaS or consumption‑based business.
- Owner‑operator mindset with end‑to‑end ownership of systems and processes.

- Detail‑oriented with a controllership discipline and solid understanding of accounting principles for revenue, commissions and expenses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to translate analytical work into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Required skills
- SQL fluency (Python a plus).
- Experience with ClickHouse, dbt or comparable modern analytics stack.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets driver‑based financial modeling.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, compensation administration platforms (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Spiff) and BI tools.
What we offer
- Flexible, remote‑friendly work environment with a globally distributed team.
- Employer contributions toward healthcare.
- Equity in the company via stock options.
- Generous flexible time‑off and a $500 home‑office setup for remote employees.
