Senior Analyst – Ecommerce Customer Development (Remote)

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Ecommerce Customer Development partners with Nestlé Health Science and Amazon to turn data into actionable insights that drive category performance. The role supports Amazon account priorities through analysis, reporting, content management, demand planning and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Customer Development/Ecommerce team by organizing and interpreting retailer and third‑party data to generate actionable insights for Amazon.
• Own and optimize weekly Amazon reporting, providing analysis and insights for merchant meetings.
• Develop merchandising recommendations and standardized category review templates to drive performance.
• Assess competitive activity, manage content, and produce advanced consumer data analyses.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams on forecasting and supply‑chain impacts.
• Mentor junior analysts and create presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Strong experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
• Proficiency with Power BI and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
• Experience working directly with account teams is a plus.
