Senior AI Product Manager – Data, Analytics & Governance

About the role

Qualified Health is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own the connected core of our platform – data, analytics, evaluation, and governance. The role acts as the integrator between data platform, analytics, and engineering teams, ensuring AI products are reusable, trustworthy, and safe for healthcare deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for data and analytics products, balancing customer commitments, internal builder needs, and platform reuse.
• Define and enforce contracts, acceptance criteria, and generalization requirements for data pipelines, scoring models, and dashboards.
• Run the vetting process for customer‑facing KPIs, maintain the metrics catalog, and ensure metric consistency across the product suite.
• Establish evaluation gates for AI outputs, including validation, scale‑generalization, and post‑go‑live monitoring.
• Partner with data platform and analytics leads to document ownership contracts for ETL, business logic, and integration surfaces.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years owning data, analytics, or platform products.
• Proven ability to turn data capabilities built for one team into shared products adopted by others.
• Experience shipping products in regulated environments such as healthcare or finance.

Required skills

• SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with EHR data formats (Epic Clarity/Caboodle, HL7, FHIR).
• Design and implementation of data pipelines and medallion architectures.
• AI/ML evaluation frameworks, offline/online testing, and production monitoring.
• Semantic layers and API design for data services.
