Senior Accounting Analyst – Operations & Sub‑Ledger Control

About the role

The Senior Accounting Analyst (Operations & Sub‑Ledgers) ensures technical accuracy, integrity and control of high‑volume operational accounting engines. The role bridges Treasury, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Procure‑to‑Pay and Order‑to‑Cash processes with the General Ledger and Balance Sheet.

Key responsibilities

• Own sub‑ledger ecosystems for Treasury, Payroll, Fixed Assets and ensure accurate reconciliation to the General Ledger.
• Oversee accounting activities for Procure‑to‑Pay and Order‑to‑Cash, monitoring GR/IR, unapplied cash and aging balances.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting, settlements and reporting across domestic and international entities.
• Support tax teams with balance‑sheet accounts, reconciliations and audit inquiries.
• Identify control gaps, drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of progressive operational accounting experience in a large corporate or multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA‑track preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to investigate root causes and resolve discrepancies.
• Effective cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• IFRS accounting standards.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• SAP (or comparable ERP) experience.
• Familiarity with Blackline, Power BI, Alteryx or Power Automate.
