Senior Accountant – Mobility Revenue Team

About the role

As a Senior Accountant on Uber's Mobility Revenue team, you will ensure the company’s global financial story is accurate and transparent. You will work in a fast‑moving environment, handling complex reporting cycles while supporting product launches and business model changes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑pressure month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations across multiple business units.
• Analyze monthly financial results, investigate variances, and provide clear explanations.
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting, Revenue Systems, Finance, and Product teams on new initiatives.
• Support external audit requests, preparing documentation for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Lead process‑improvement projects to strengthen internal controls in an evolving environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of accounting or related financial experience.
• B.A. or B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
• CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.

What we offer

• Base salary range: $118,000 – $131,000 per year.
